In this session, you will learn how to prep vegetables and turn them into fermented food. You have likely heard of the benefits of fermented foods, and making them is easy! We will review the process, equipment needed, and safety concerns so you can be confident in your fermenting skills!
No experience necessary! Just yourself and a desire to learn this new skill. All supplies will be provided to make your own small batch of ferment! Recipe changes, inquire about specific recipes.
